With the adoption of the 2030 Agenda, UN Member States pledged to ensure “no one will be left behind”. Socialcities2030 is working on creating frameworks that facilitate the participation of people living in poverty, migrants and homeless persons. We believe these are the real voices of development - because to 'leave no one behind' we need to bring in these groups and innovate in ways they can have a voice and get access to - and influence on - human rights based policies.
